There are several private clinics and hospitals in the area that offer a range of services, including general medical care, emergency care, and specialized care. Additionally, there are several pharmacies in the area that provide prescription medications and over-the-counter medications. The quality of care at these facilities is generally good, and many of them have English-speaking staff," explained one expat living in Las Terrenas, the Dominican Republic.
