"Yes, Jamaica is known for its diversity and has a large variety of cultures and ethnic backgrounds. People in Jamaica are generally accepting of different cultures and beliefs, with other ethnicities and backgrounds often celebrated in the country. Through its diverse population, Jamaica showcases a strong sense of unity, and its citizens are proud to embrace differences. This can be seen through the different religions, musical styles, and cuisine that are celebrated across the country," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Jamaica.
"Kingston is home to many people and it’s a diverse city but I wouldn’t say that there are loads of expats. And you will stand out as a white person and it will be immediately possible to distinguish you from a white Jamaican so if you want anonymity then perhaps think again," commented one expat who made the move to Kingston, Jamaica.
