"Before moving to Myanmar, expats should be aware of the country's political and economic situation. It is important to research the local laws and regulations, as well as the cultural norms and expectations. Expats should also be aware of the cost of living in Myanmar, as it is generally lower than in other countries. Additionally, expats should be prepared to face language barriers, as English is not widely spoken in Myanmar. Finally, expats should be aware of the visa requirements for entering and staying in Myanmar," remarked one expat in Myanmar.
