"Tamarindo is a popular destination for expats due to its beautiful beaches, vibrant nightlife, and laid-back atmosphere. Before moving to Tamarindo, expats should be aware that the cost of living is higher than in other parts of Costa Rica. Additionally, the local language is Spanish, so it is important to brush up on your language skills before arriving. Tamarindo is a great place to live, but it is important to be aware of the local laws and customs before making the move. Finally, it is important to research the best areas to live in Tamarindo, as some areas may be more suitable for expats than others," explained one expat living in Tamarindo, Costa Rica.
