It is important to be aware that English is not the primary language spoken in Nadi, so it is important to learn some basic Fijian phrases before moving there. Additionally, the cost of living in Nadi is relatively high compared to other parts of Fiji, so it is important to budget accordingly. It is also important to be aware of the tropical climate in Nadi, as the city experiences high temperatures and humidity throughout the year. Finally, it is important to be aware of the local customs and culture in Nadi, as it is important to respect the local culture and traditions," said one expat who made the move to Nadi.
