"You can meet people in Constanta by attending festivals, local workshops and seminars, joining clubs and sports teams in the area, taking part in volunteer work and community programmes, attending yoga classes, visiting local pubs and cafes, or exploring the local culture and sights. You can also search online for social groups in the city, or connect with expat communities," remarked another expat in Constanta, Romania.

"There are no clubs or anything. It's very hard here to meet Expats and even Romanians. I am alone all day. Some tourists come to Mamaia in Summer but it's so run down, only some Romanians from Bucharest are visiting," said a member in Constanta, Romania.
