Is there a lot of crime in Jordan?
We asked people if there is a lot of crime. They answered...
"Jordan is generally considered to be a safe country, with low levels of crime. However, there have been reports of petty crime, such as pickpocketing and bag snatching, in some areas of the country. In addition, there have been isolated incidents of more serious crimes, such as armed robbery and carjacking, in some parts of the country. It is important to exercise caution and be aware of your surroundings when travelling in Jordan," commented one expat who made the move to Jordan.
