Additionally, for those considering buying property in Germany, it is crucial to understand the taxation laws regarding real estate and be aware of both rental and purchasing costs. Lastly, expats should consider possible alternatives to Germany as a retirement destination, such as the other European countries that offer various benefits," wrote a member who made the move to Germany.
