"Yes, common prescription medications are available in Fiji. Most pharmacies in Fiji carry a wide range of medications, including those used to treat common illnesses such as colds, flu, and allergies. Many pharmacies also carry medications used to treat more serious conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. In addition, some pharmacies also offer specialized medications, such as those used to treat cancer and HIV/AIDS," remarked another expat who made the move to Fiji.
