The government of Dominica has established a program called the Citizenship by Investment Program, which allows foreign investors to purchase real estate in the country and receive citizenship in return. The program requires applicants to make a significant financial contribution to the country, which can be done through the purchase of real estate. The real estate must be held for a minimum of three years before the investor can apply for citizenship," said another in Dominica.
