"Not sure yet, but looking that way as I've read a few more posts since my last post. CruzinCostaRica says "not perfect" or something to that effect. It's not perfect in USA either and not in Ireland, Canada, Panama, no where. But if we want to stay as healthy as possible we need good care, maybe not state-of-the-art, maybe the very latest thing is not always available, but it should be close to the best. I will wait for a country where I can continue to have the care I have in USA, again, out-of-your-mind scary to be severely injured or severaly ill anywhere!" - USAtoElsewhere
