"I am a 55 year old young person. I am an author and have two books published. I recently went through an amiable divorce, and now I am starting to explore my options in life. I have been taking a grammar-heavy, talking-light Italian class for three years. I would love to live in Italy. But where? My dream is to collect a group of ten people who all want to live in Italy and find a guide who would take us to the top destinations for living, preferably not in the usual tourist places. I want to check out hill towns, places outside of Florence, the south, the north. I just need to start narrowing things down, eh? I have lived here for 2 years and I came here from Canada with an EU passport (born in England). It is better you stay home. The laws are byzantine and so is the culture. LIfe here is not easy and I am here legally if you come here illegally to work you can expect a mountain of difficulties.
