Additionally, expats should be aware of the cultural norms and customs of Ghana, such as the importance of respect for elders and the traditional greeting of shaking hands. It is also important to be aware of the political climate in Ghana, as it can affect the safety and security of expats. Finally, expats should research the healthcare system in Ghana and consider purchasing health insurance to cover any medical expenses," said one expat who made the move to Ghana.
