This budget can cover basic living expenses such as accommodation, food, and transportation. The culture of Micronesia is a mix of traditional and modern influences. The locals are friendly and welcoming, and the islands are known for their laid-back atmosphere. Foods popular in Micronesia include seafood, rice, and tropical fruits. Traditional dishes include kelaguen, a dish made with coconut milk, lemon juice, and fish, and tinola, a soup made with chicken, vegetables, and ginger.
