Outdoor activities are also popular among expats, with many joining hiking clubs to explore the beautiful Andean landscapes, or participating in sports clubs such as soccer, tennis, or cycling. There are also yoga and meditation groups for those interested in wellness and mindfulness. In addition to clubs and activities, expats often meet people through volunteering. There are numerous opportunities to volunteer in local schools, community centers, or environmental projects, which not only provide a chance to give back to the community but also to meet like-minded individuals. Expats also meet people through social events and gatherings.
