Outdoor activities are also popular among expats in Ensenada. Many join local hiking, biking, or running clubs, which not only provide a great way to stay active, but also offer opportunities to explore the beautiful natural surroundings of the area. Water sports like surfing and sailing are also popular, with several local clubs and schools offering lessons and group outings. Expats often participate in local volunteer opportunities as well. These can range from helping out at local schools or hospitals, to participating in environmental conservation efforts. Volunteering is a great way to give back to the community and meet like-minded individuals. In addition to joining clubs and participating in activities, expats in Ensenada often meet people through social events and gatherings.
