Imported goods can be more expensive due to import taxes. Eating out in local restaurants is quite affordable, but prices in tourist-oriented establishments can be higher. Transportation costs are low, especially if you use public buses. Owning a car can be more expensive due to the cost of gasoline and maintenance. Healthcare is affordable and of high quality, especially if you join the national healthcare system, which is available to residents.
