Private hospitals and clinics offer a more comprehensive range of services, including specialized treatments such as cardiology, neurology, and oncology. Additionally, there are a number of pharmacies and health centers that provide basic medical care and medications," remarked another expat who made the move to Colombo, Sri Lanka.
