"Expat homes and apartments in Atlanta tend to be modern and spacious, with plenty of natural light and open floor plans. Many of the apartments and homes feature high-end finishes such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. Expats in Atlanta can also find a variety of housing options, from luxury high-rise apartments to single-family homes in the suburbs. Many of the homes and apartments are located in vibrant neighborhoods with easy access to public transportation, shopping, and entertainment," remarked another expat who made the move to Atlanta, the United States.
"Town home, typical for most expats is apartment/flat/townhome. Note, a townhome in the states is about the size of a normal street street house in Europe, mine is 2,500sq ft, which is 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms kitchen dining and living rooms," explained one expat living in Atlanta, US.
