When we asked expats and global nomads about their social experiences in Bogota, they replied...

"People are very nice, need to mix with the right people. Language is a factor as most of the people don't speak English. Young generation started to take it seriously and it's showing good signs of change. Otherwise having a 4x4 will make you happy in the sense of exploring the country has Colombia has a lot of nature," remarked another expat in Bogota, Colombia.

"Expats, retirees and digital nomads living in Bogota typically have an active social life. There are many opportunities to meet people from all over the world, as well as locals, through language exchanges, meet-ups, and social events. There are also plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes to explore, as well as cultural activities such as concerts, theatre, and art galleries. Additionally, Bogota is home to a vibrant nightlife, with plenty of clubs and bars to explore," said a member in Bogota, Colombia.
