In order to apply for residency in Sharjah, UAE, applicants must first obtain a valid residence visa. This can be done by submitting a valid passport, a completed visa application form, and a valid passport-sized photograph. Depending on the type of visa, additional documents may be required. Once the application is approved, the residence visa will be issued and the applicant will be able to enter the country. After entering the country, the applicant must then register with the local immigration office and obtain a residence permit.
