When we asked expats and global nomads what they like and dislike about living in France, they replied...
"We are very happy here despite our lack of language skills. People have been very friendly and have helped us in many ways to overcome some of the difficulties we have faced. I cannot think of anything I dislike about the place," remarked another expat who made the move to St Nicolas du Pelem, France.
"Expats and digital nomads often appreciate the culture and lifestyle of France, with its rich history, beautiful architecture, and delicious cuisine. They also enjoy the country's excellent public transportation system, which makes it easy to get around. On the other hand, some expats and digital nomads may find the language barrier and bureaucracy in France to be challenging. Additionally, the cost of living in France can be quite high, making it difficult to find affordable housing," explained one expat living in France.
