It is also important to understand the local laws and regulations governing the purchase and ownership of property. It is also recommended to get a qualified lawyer or legal consultant to ensure full understanding of the legal matters related to the purchase of property. Finally, it is important to ensure that any sale or purchase agreement fully protects your rights as a buyer, and understand any tax implications associated with the purchase," said another in China.
