What is the weather like in Japan?

Answer this Question

When we asked people living in Japan about the weather in Japan, they said...

"The weather in Japan is generally mild and humid, with hot summers and cool winters. In the summer months, temperatures can reach up to 30 degrees Celsius, while in the winter months temperatures can drop to as low as 5 degrees Celsius. Japan also experiences a rainy season in the summer months, with heavy rainfall and thunderstorms," wrote a member who made the move to Japan.

"It has four seasons. Winter is cold, but not cold enough to snow a lot. Fall and Spring are fantastic. Summer is the worst. Summer is hot and humid and you are constantly sweating. It is awful," explained one expat living in Tokyo, Japan.
