Summary: An expat looking to buy a home in Grenada should begin by researching the local real estate market. They should look for listings on websites such as Grenada Real Estate, Grenada Property Listings, and Grenada Realty. It is also important to contact a local real estate agent who can provide more detailed information about the properties available. Foreigners are allowed to purchase property in Grenada, however, they must obtain a permit from the Ministry of Finance before doing so. Homes in Grenada typically include amenities such as air conditioning, swimming pools, and private gardens. Many homes also have access to beaches, marinas, and other recreational activities.

How do I find a place to live in Grenada?

We asked expats how they chose their neighborhood and found a place to live. They answered:

"One of the best ways to find a place to live in Grenada is to search online for rental listings. There are a variety of websites that offer listings for apartments, houses, and other types of rental properties in Grenada. Additionally, you can contact local real estate agents who specialize in Grenada rentals. They can provide you with more information about available properties and help you find the perfect place to live. You can also ask friends and family who live in Grenada for recommendations. They may be able to provide you with information about rental properties that are not listed online," explained one expat living in Grenada.
