The approximate population of Constanta is around 300,000 people. The weather in Constanta, Romania is generally mild, with temperatures ranging from the mid-50s to the mid-70s Fahrenheit (10-25 Celsius) in the summer months and the mid-30s to the mid-50s Fahrenheit (0-15 Celsius) in the winter months. The monthly cost of living for a digital nomad in Constanta is relatively low, with a budget of around $1,000 USD per month being sufficient to cover basic expenses. My company does provide some information on groups and meetings but they are all for Bucharest. The ex-pat support for Constanta has been negligible," said one person in Constanta.
