Consider joining a local antenatal class to meet other expectant parents and learn more about the birthing process. 3. Make sure to register with a local GP and midwife as soon as possible to ensure you have access to the best possible care during your pregnancy. 4. Consider hiring a doula or birth companion to provide additional support during the birthing process. 5. Make sure to take time to relax and enjoy your pregnancy, as it can be a stressful time. 6.
