Also, consider packing a good pair of walking shoes or sandals suitable for walking on the beach and exploring the city. If you plan on dining out or attending events, pack some smart-casual outfits as well. Remember to pack all necessary toiletries, although most items can be purchased locally. If you take prescription medication, bring enough to last for your initial period, along with a copy of your prescription.
