Prices for a one-bedroom apartment in the city center can range from around 8,000 to 15,000 Philippine Pesos per month, while prices for a three-bedroom apartment in the suburbs can range from around 10,000 to 20,000 Philippine Pesos per month," remarked another expat in Davao, Philippines.

"Housing costs run about 40% of US prices and are usually furnished with linens and silverware (flatware). Most have a few cups and plates to get you going, a rice cooker, micro, fridge and a pot and pan are almost always included!
