Trillium Park
Trillium Park is a scenic urban oasis located on the Toronto waterfront
Offering a tranquil escape from city life, Trillium Park features lush greenery, flower beds, and panoramic views of Lake Ontario. Opened in 2017, the park was designed by Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates and West 8 Urban Design & Landscape Architecture, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and recreation. The park features a central lawn, perfect for picnics, as well as a children's play area and several walking paths that wind through the park. In addition to its beautiful landscaping, Trillium Park is also home to the Toronto Music Garden, a unique musical-themed garden designed by cellist Yo-Yo Ma and landscape architect Julie Moir Messervy. The garden features geometric paths and flower beds arranged to resemble a series of musical motifs. Trillium Park also serves as a gateway to the nearby Toronto Islands, a popular summer destination offering beaches, parks, and picnic areas. With its stunning views, serene atmosphere, and convenient location, Trillium Park is a must-visit destination for both locals and tourists in Toronto, Canada.
